Plans to convert derelict building into surfing hub

tassy_thumb2Tassy Swallow, a pro-surfer from Cornwall is planning to convert a run-down, abandoned military barracks into a state-of-the-art surf education project dedicated to the promotion and celebration of all things surf.
Tassy has developed the idea for the SurfHouse from her Surf Ratz club which she set up two years ago to help young girls develop self-confidence, a positive body image, and a strong sense of their individual identity through surfing.
