Drift is Howard's baby. Born in 2005 as a personal project to combine his passion for surfing, the environment and the internet, Drift has grown out of toddler tantrums and is now a fully fledged platform for alternative surf culture. Howard first hopped on a surfboard in San Diego back in 1996 while on a long 'career break', and he hasn't looked back since.
