A Maldives edit from Swiss surfer Ludo Lossky. Lost footage from a boat trip through the southern atolls.

The Maldives are made up of 1,192 islands based around 26 atolls. Typical surf terrain consists of reef breaks with large swells dumping their energy on the island chain before continuing their journey south-west across to Indonesia. The best way to access the countless surfable locations is by boat with the south atolls boasting more top spots driven by the insatiable raw power of the Indian ocean.
