		<description>Here, here. I gave up on a very busy urban life to buy a home near the sea just about a year ago. I used to be into cars, clothes etc, usually expensive ones. I try and surf every day and will even be the only one out there many times just cos the surf if not &quot;good enough&quot;. I am very lucky as I can surf mostly whenever I want. What surfing gives me is freedom from mobiles, e-mails, pressure etc. The pure joy of sitting out on the sea watching the birds fly by, the waves rolling in and then the huge rush of excitement and pleasure I get when I slide across a wave. I feel at peace when I surf and it puts me in a great mood for hours afterwards. I agree Rob, I wish more surfers could just let go when they surf and forget the &quot;look&quot; or what board they ride. Let&#039;s get back to basics!</description>
